Warm air heating.House features a terrace of 300 m2 with terrace furniture, garden with artificial lawn 50 m2, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, 01.06.-30.09.), outside shower, table tennis, basketball and panoramic view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the river.
